The Bengal Spice uses your contact and billing details to process orders, verify payment, issue invoices and provide order updates. An address collected during checkout is a billing/customer record; it does not request delivery.

Payment screenshots are private and available only to authorised staff. The restaurant retains evidence for its configured review period. Paid invoices and order history are preserved as business records. Secure order links grant limited access: keep them private.

Optional marketing consent is collected separately. You can withdraw it using the preference link supplied after expressing interest, or by contacting the restaurant. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order updates.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, contact the restaurant on 0470 484 585. Staff will verify your identity before releasing information. Some records may need to be retained; the restaurant will explain the applicable retention decision.

The owner must review this operational notice and confirm business-specific privacy and retention requirements before launch.
